I like having pizzas all made and waiting in the freezer for Pizza Friday but that means I have to crank out a bunch of them at once every few weeks. We bake two pizzas each Friday (serves us dinner on Friday then Saturday lunch most weeks) so I try to make 8-12 pizzas on my big prep days. It’s quite an undertaking but one day of work means several weeks of homemade pizzas without the “oh crap, I have to make pizza” moments. #cook #prep #freezerfood #pizza #pizzafriday
